2.1 No Cash Refunds
We maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all services rendered. Once a service has been completed and confirmed by the client, payment is considered final.
2.2 Service Satisfaction Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your service, please inform us before leaving the salon. Our team will evaluate the concern and may offer a complimentary redo or minor correction at no additional charge.
2.3 Eyelash Service Reactions
Clients with known allergies or sensitivities must inform staff prior to application. No refunds will be issued for reactions unless negligence is proven.

One (1) free nail repair or design correction is available within five (5) days of the original service date.

Our ingrown nail care is cosmetic and not a medical procedure. We only offer mild to moderate cleaning. Severe or infected cases will be referred to medical professionals.

Clients must maintain proper hygiene and monitor for any complications. d'Dream Nails & Lashes Lounge is not liable for aftercare negligence.
5.1 Aftercare Instructions
Clients must follow proper aftercare (avoid rubbing, oil-based products, etc.) to maintain lash quality. Early lash fallout from poor aftercare is not our responsibility.
5.2 Lash Retouch Window
Discounted retouch is available within 7–10 days from the original service date. Regular rates apply after this window.
5.3 Lash Concerns
Any lash-related concerns must be raised within 3 days. If due to application error, a one-time free touch-up may be granted.
